Hi Friends! Well I have added a few more of you to my butterfly mailing list, so hopefully you don't mind getting these e-mails. (-:  I have felt a deep burden on my heart to reach youth and singles and to share with them through music and speaking about using your singleness for the Lord and living as the men and woman God has called them to be.  There is a reason I am sharing! (-: Think about your passion or burden God has placed on your heart. Sometimes for me that burden can cause me to be anxious...or think. "God I have this passion..how do you want me to use it!" or" Why do you put this burden on my heart, but then not show me how to help! "  or "Nothing seems to be happening" Ahhh! At times you can feel like screaming, if you know what I mean! But...think about it.. Would you be motivated to pursue the things you do if you did not have a burden or desire? Probably not, so what do you do? What does a baseball player do out of season? PREPARE!!! God has put a burden on my heart and on yours so you can PREPARE for what is to come. If he has put something on your heart it will come...but you need to do your part! We can not just sit around and say I am waiting...waiting on the Lord is PRO_ACTIVE. God in His word calls us to "be ready in season and out of season." 2 Tim 4:2 So how do we prepare if we don't know when or how or who? We do what we know!  God wil do the when, how and who! For example...If some record label called me today and said come to nashville tonight..we want to work with you.. am I ready? or if a group called me said we want you to speak to at a singles seminar on purity and relationships...am I ready? Whatever God has given you be ready, cause He will call you out, but will you be ready? What can you do to prepare? "God has given gifts to each of you from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Manage them well so that God's generosity can flow through you." 1 Peter 4:10 So do not be discouraged if you feel like nothing is happening...maybe God is telling you to Prepare. God can use you today..so like a baseball player gets ready for opening day...get ready for god when he says "Lets go here, I have somthing I want you to do!" Are you ready? "Lets us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6:9  Hope you encouraged to day! Love, Kim
